We want you to feel 100% confident that your information is completely protected. We use a Secure PayPal Shopping Cart to process your transaction and by doing so, we do not have to store your credit card information on any of our webservers or systems. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. PromPageantPlus.com will never sell your information. The information you provide us is used only to process and ship your order. Order Processing & Quality Assurance

We sell new, never worn Designer Dresses with all labels and manufactuer tags in tact! Please be assured that the PromPageantPlus.com team will carefully inspect every Dress, pair of Shoes or piece of Jewelry before shipping to be sure it is the style, size, and color that you ordered, and free of defects. We will never send an item that does not meet our high standards. We carefully pack your order for shipping after our inspection is complete. Because we stock our entire inventory of Prom, Pageant and Special Occasion Dresses plus Shoes and Jewelry most orders will ship one business day after the order is received. No delays in delivery due to Special Ordering.

Payment Information

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal payments processed by our Secure PayPal Shopping Cart. A PayPal account is not required to process your order. Payments will be made to Mallin Investment Co the parent company of PromPageantPlus.com and will appear as MallinInves on your credit card statement.
We are unable to accept payment by Phone. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Shipping & Handling Information

We offer Free Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

Because we stock our entire inventory of Prom, Pageant and Special Occasion Dresses plus Shoes and Jewelry most orders will ship one business day after the order is received. If shipping volume is extremely high we will ship the second business day. We are unable to guarantee same day shipping.

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation which generally takes 2 to 3 Business Days anywhere in the US. We ship orders Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Hillsborough, NC 27278.

This is our Retail Location, Formalwear Outlet in North Carolina, and while we will do our best to answer your questions by phone we are likely to be very busy during the peak months of "Prom Season." Do you charge Sales Tax?

North Carolina residents pay 7.75% Sales Tax. Orders shipped to addresses outside of N.C. pay no sales tax.

How will you contact me about my order?

You will be contacted regarding your order status and with questions about your order via email. It’s VERY important that the email address you gave us during checkout is correct and checked regularly. If you need to correct your email address or if you haven’t received an email from us within 2 business days confirming your order, please send us a note using our contact form.

How do I determine my Dress Size?

For tips on choosing the right dress size as well as measuring guidelines please visit our Sizing Guide. You will also find a link on the description page for each dress style to the Designer's Size Chart. Please use these charts as a reference to compare your measurements in order to better choose the appropriate size. Keep in mind that Dress Sizes vary from Designer to Designer. Ultimately the size you order will be your decision.

Why do you need to know the Date of my Event?

We would like to be sure that there will be enough time to get your order to you before your event. In many cases you may need to receive your dress well before the event to allow for alterations, accessory shopping, etc. Please keep this in mind when placing your order and we will keep this in mind when processing your order.

If you think you will need to schedule an alterations appointment, will be leaving town to travel to your event, or simply require your dress earlier than your Event Date, please feel free to list this date as your Event date.

Exchange Policy

Your Satisfaction is very important to us. Unlike many of our competitors we do offer exchanges on some of our non-clearance merchandise. We do not refund.
Please read our Exchange Policy throughly before placing an order.

If you are not satisfied with the dress that you purchased from PromPageantPlus.com please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by filling out the Exchange Request Form. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Once a Return Authorization Number has been issued we must receive your dress within 5 business days or the dress will not be accepted and their will be no exchange. We will need the information requested on the Exchange Request Form to authorize an Exchange. All Exchanges will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to return the original dress to our warehouse and a $15 reshipping fee for the replacement dress as well as any difference in price.

Please do not ship your order back to us until you have received a Return Authorization Number and confirmation that the Style and Size of the dress you wish to exchange for is available. We require that merchandise be returned via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS with some form of Tracking or Delivery Confirmation Number associated with the shipment. Please email Tracking or Delivery Confirmation numbers to us so that we may anticipate the arrival of your return package. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package that your dress is being returned in. We cannot identify packages without a Return Authorization Number clearly marked. Unauthorized returns will remain unopened and donated to charity.

For a dress to be accepted for exchange the dress must be in perfect, new, never worn and unaltered condition, with all hang tags and labels in their original positions. Dresses must not be damaged, soiled, stained, torn, and must be free of offensive odors (i.e. smoke). Please be aware that the number one reason for us rejecting an exchange is cigarette smoke, and most often the person buying the dress does not even realize that they've put the dress in a smoking environment. Items for exchange must be shipped back to our location before the "Event Date" that you provided at checkout in order to be accepted. All returned dresses must be packaged securely in the original or comparable packaging with appropriate packaging materials. If the dress is received in a condition other than described above an exchange will not be granted. Upon receipt of your package we will inspect the dress to be sure it meets the standards for an exchange specified above. You will receive an email notifying you that your exchange has been processed and when you may expect delivery. If an exchange is rejected for any reason you, the customer, will be responsible for any shipping charges to return the dress to you.

We hope that you will take accurate measurements, choose your size carefully, and avoid the need for an Exchange.
Keep in mind that alterations are most likely going to be necessary for a perfect fit.

We do not offer Exchanges or Returns on Markdown/Clearance Dresses, Shoes or Jewelry.

If you feel that we have overlooked something or your order is incorrect please accept our apology and notify us within 3 business days of the problem so that we can correct it for you as quickly as possible.
